Hello and welcome to my website, so glad you stopped by for a visit. I live in Minnesota with my husband and our two children, and two cats. I am a WAHM (work at home mom) and enjoy sewing mostly as a hobby. I've been selling my products for about two years and they have been throughly enjoyed by many (just check out the testimonials for some of the happy customers)
I came up with the idea for a babywearing poncho back in 2009 when I was stranded in the car with my young son during a rain storm. I happened to have a regular poncho in the trunk, I slipped him into our Baby K'Tan carrier and put the poncho over both of us. This poncho had a long zipper that allowed his head to be visible when left unzipped. I safely made our way from the vehicle into a friends apartment building. When walking through the halls I was stopped by a handful of people with comments about how cute it was that he was in the poncho with me. It was from their interest and comments that an idea was born. I searched the internet and found nothing like it! I made up sketches and protypes, and soon we were in business. It was then that I discovered that I was not a genius and that there are many babywearing ponchos... but I have yet to find one you can customize as much as mine, so I guess I have a leg up there!
I am also a mommy blogger with a passion for breastfeeding, natural childbirth, and all attachment parenting ways. Check us out at The Good Letdown for more information.
